Office and Finance Coordinator

Street Level Photoworks seek a diligent individual to support the general, financial and administrative duties which ensure the organisation achieves its ambitions, maintains quality provision, increases efficiency, improves commercial activity and organisational resilience.

Tasks include:
Maintain rigorous and streamlined financial systems; Exercise compliance with all public subsidy conditions and requirements for funding bodies; Prepare monthly financial accounts, management accounts and weekly bank reconciliations; Devise and exercise budget control systems; Diligently monitor each department to ensure a ‘return on investment’; Ensure timeous payment of invoices; Process wages and NEST payments through Sage Payroll; Cash handling duties; Prepare records for annual accounts/annual return; Close down Sage at Year End and back up appropriately.

Office Management and Administration duties include:
Handle all leased equipment matters; Maintain and update records around Carbon Monitoring; Maintain filing systems (including data from FoH and Facility); Manage stationery supplies and stock-checks.

Hours: 24 p/w
Salary: £23,000 pro rata
Contract period: 18 months, subject to review
