An Extension of Ourselves - Film Making Workshop
10:00 on 20 April 2019
Peacock Visual Arts, 21 Castle Street
Caitlin Dick’s workshop will teach you that you do not need all of the fancy equipment to be creative when it comes to film making. All you need is a device with unlimited opportunities, your smartphone! Caitlin will teach you how to make the most of your device, applying your imagination and creativity to an array of free apps. At the end of this workshop, you will leave with a new perspective on what your mobile phone can be used for, a film, which you have created, and the confidence that anyone who has the determination to experiment can be creative.
This workshop is recommended for adults and young people aged 16 and above. Young people between the ages of 12-16 are welcome to attend but must be accompanied by an adult due to a ‘free roaming’ element to the workshop whilst filming. No experience needed, please contact us for further information, including accessibility.
