Opening Jupiter’s 2019 season is Daniel Lie: The Negative Years, the artists first solo exhibition in the UK and the culmination of a two-year research partnership focusing on decentring human agency in favour of other actors in our shared ecological and emotional field. From vast accumulations of flowering plants, to burial urns cultivating fungal growths and spaces physically heated by bio-digestion heaps, Daniel Lie’s work offers new perspectives on interspecies collaboration.
