Design Your Own Orla Kiely Inspired Fabric
10:30 on 8 June 2019
Dovecot Studios, 10 Infirmary Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LT
Design your own fabric inspired by the patterns of Orla Kiely.
During this one-day workshop you will draw, paint and use sublimation – the technique of heat transfer – to make a length of fabric of your own design. The fabric will be a polyester mix that can be transformed into a scarf or used to make your home feel that little bit more luxurious. All materials are included.
Attendees will receive a 10% discount on full price items in Dovecot Shop and complimentary entry to Orla Kiely A Life in Pattern on the day of the event.
Tickets £120 (+ booking fee)
Every ticket sold supports the work of The Dovecot Foundation to advance visual art, craft and design in all its forms.
