Starting at Scottish National Portrait Gallery
In partnership with The List: Featuring late gallery openings, artist performances and talks, workshops, tours and live music, Art Late is a chance to experience our varied programme by night.
6pm: Start at Scottish National Portrait Gallery, and then break off into 3 groups and routes (route will be selected at the beginning of the evening);
Route 1: Visiting EAF Commission Zoe Walker and Neil Bromwich The Dragon of Profit and Private Ownership at Trinity Apse, then moving on to the Kate Davis exhibition at Stills: Centre for Photography
Route 2: Visiting EAF Commissions, Toby Paterson: The Sociology of Autumn in Chessels Court and moving on to Shannon Te Ao: With the sun aglow, I have my pensive moods at Gladstone Court
Route 3: Visiting EAF Commission Bobby Niven’s Palm House at the Johnston Terrace Wildlife Garden, moving on to Shannon Te Ao’s With the sun aglow, I have my pensive moods at Gladstone Court
The evening finale is at The Fruitmarket Gallery to see work by the brazilian artist Jac Leirner and to enjoy music from Hamish Hawk.
