Arts and Heritage Programme Manager

£29599- £30,000 FTE

Pro rata 22.5 hours a week £17,550 per annum plus a 4% pension

1st January 2024 – 31 st March 2025

(likely to continue beyond 2025 with increased hours- funding dependent)
An exciting opportunity exists for a well qualified and creative person to join the team
of staff and volunteers at the Govanhill Baths Community Trust (GBCT).

We are looking to recruit a Arts Manager to manage the Trust’s Arts and Heritage
Programme. The Arts and Heritage Programme will manage our diverse creative
projects including Artists Commissions, Archive and Heritage Project, DeepEnd Arts
Space, Rags to Riches Project, Govanhill Baths Ceramics and Govanhill
International Festival and Carnival. They will also assist to implement plans to
develop the Baths into a Wellbeing Centre with a dedicated Heritage, Arts and
Activist Space.

Govanhill Baths Community Trust is a grassroots anchor organisation based in
Govanhill. Our goal is to re-open the Govanhill Baths as a Wellbeing Centre and at
the same time contribute to the wider social, health, cultural and built regeneration of
