Finance Coordinator

Street Level Photoworks is seeking a part-time Finance Coordinator to undertake a 12 month fixed term maternity cover post. The role will manage financial and administrative duties and play a key part in developments which ensure the organisation can achieve its ambitions with continued efficiency and quality. You will be expected to have:

A professional qualification in accounting/bookkeeping or at least 3 years’ experience in a similar role; working experience of Sage 50 Accounts and all Microsoft packages particularly excel; experience of financial administration across management accounts, cash flow coordination, financial statement preparation, budgeting and reporting; highly organised and able to work to deadlines in a small but dynamic arts organisation; be a confident and effective communicator, good interpersonal skills, dedicated to developing and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, stakeholders and partners.

Salary: £30,000 pro rata; 24 hours per week FTE 0.6.

Application deadline 28th February 2024: interviews Tuesday 5th March: start date on or around 20th March. A paid handover day is required ahead of this date on the 13th March.
