Job description/Purpose of role

Founded in 1826, the Royal Scottish Academy (RSA) is a self-supporting body of painters, sculptors, architects and printmakers has given the people of Scotland an opportunity to view study and enjoy the works of Scotland’s living artists. The Friends of the Royal Scottish Academy is the public membership group for the RSA. Reporting to the Development Manager, as the Friends Administrator you will manage the delivery and administration of the Friends programme, build relationships with our membership, arrange a regular programme of events and activities for the Friends, and will work with the Development Manager to promote the programme and recruit new members. You will be part of the development team and as such will also contribute to development activities (specifically those related to our membership programmes) and the delivery of our Schools Art Awards.
