Producer (Artistic Programme)

The Producer is a new part-time position at Deveron Projects, enabled through Culture Collective programme funding. Deveron Projects’ Culture Collective Project invites artists based across Scotland to create socially-engaged work with our communities in Huntly, sitting alongside and with international residencies and projects. The role is project-driven, allowing for flexible working.

We are looking for a creative and driven individual who is committed to developing and promoting artist’s work in Scotland within our unique model of The Town is the Venue (this is to say we don’t have a set venue/gallery).

The Producer works closely with the Director and Art and Community Worker to support artists to create new work in a unique setting, supporting artists in the development of their projects and facilitating public engagement as part of varied projects.

Start date: As soon as possible

Term: Fixed contract to December 2023

Working hours: 20 per week, flexible hours and according to public events
Salary: £28,000-32,000 per annum pro rata
