Announcement: Curatorial Leadership in Collections museum partners

SCAN and Outset Scotland are delighted to announce the museum partners of Curatorial Leadership in Collections (CLiC), a new advocacy and development programme. CLiC brings together curators and directors from eight key Scottish collecting institutions from across the sector. The programme aims to strengthen a curator’s leadership role in activating public collections for contemporary audiences and building imaginative public, commercial and philanthropic partnerships.

We will be sharing information and insights throughout the 16-month programme, but for now we are happy to introduce the eight museum partners:

Katie Bruce, Producer and Curator at Gallery of Modern Art Glasgow

Adele Patrick, Lifelong Learning and Creative Development Manager at Glasgow Women’s Library

Dominic Paterson, Lecturer in History of Art, Curator in Contemporary Art at The Hunterian

Anna Robertson, Fine and Applied Art Section Leader at The McManus: Dundee’s Art Gallery and Museum

Andrea Kusel, Curator of Art at Paisley Museum and Art Galleries

Neil Firth, Director of Pier Arts Centre

Fiona Carmichael, Curator of Art at Scottish Maritime Museum

Neil Lebeter, Art Collections Curator/ Deputy Head of Museums at University of Edinburgh
