Helen Moore joins SCAN's staff team
SCAN are delighted to announce we have appointed Helen Moore as our new Communications and Engagement Co-ordinator.
Helen has a background in studio management and worked for Wasps Studios, delivering communications, managing all digital platforms and promoting arts programming and projects. These included artist liaison and launch of South Block and The Briggait in Glasgow, Stromness Studios in Orkney, the Admiral’s House in Skye and most recently Phase 1 of Inverness Creative Academy.
She is currently on the board of Market Gallery and Reidvale Housing Association and thoroughly enjoys working with both of these voluntary groups in the East end of Glasgow.
Helen studied Printmaking at the Glasgow School of Art and has since completed further studies in desktop publishing. She says, “I am really looking forward to working with SCAN members and championing the important work that they do in communities across Scotland.”
