Researcher Alexandra Chiriac was commissioned by SCAN, and supported by the Scottish Graduate School of Arts and Humanities, to undertake a research project based on cultural policy. The report focuses on Europe and North America and identifies best practice examples of policy and government-led initiatives that positively impact the contemporary visual arts sector.
