Traces and Pages

Traces and Pages brings together painting, text, and archival fragments to explore the unstable relationship between memory, image, and historical record. Working between figuration and abstraction, Angelika Addison reworks found photographs, family imagery, and collected material through processes of layering, erasure, and repetition. The exhibition considers how personal and collective narratives are constructed, edited, and preserved, occupying a space between document and imagination.
