SCAN Online Member Meet: In Session (FKA GRADJOB)
For this week’s SCAN Online Member Meet, we were really pleased to welcome Rachael Simpson and Quinn Garrison from In Session (FKA GRADJOB), a learning and ‘unprofessional’ contemporary art practice programme that focuses on the needs of early-career practitioners working/practicing in Scotland today. Rachael and Quinn were joined by co-contributors Kate Frances Lingard and Danny Pagarani who discussed learning together, working collaboratively and support structures for early-career practitioners.
The programme is currently recruiting 8 new co-contributors for its next cohort which will take place between June and December 2021. Partner venues include Cooper Gallery DJCAD, Edinburgh Sculpture Workshop, Embassy Gallery, Rhubaba Gallery and Studios and Transmission Gallery. SCAN are also pleased to be supporting the programme.
