Tell the Scottish Government What Culture Means to You
A new survey issued by the Scottish Government seeks views on the importance of culture and the role that access to culture plays in our everyday lives. This information will form a critical base for further Scottish Government research and policy.
Here at SCAN, we believe that it is vitally important that our voice and the voice of communities we work with is heard loud and clear.
Please encourage as many people as possible to fill out this survey to ensure their voices are heard. Please share across staff teams, your friends and colleagues and most importantly the wide range of audiences and participants you work with.
Access the Survey here. Responses must be submitted by 29 July.
To help, we have prepared a few social media posts to help you get started below:

The survey is voluntary and will take about 20 minutes to complete. It is made up of 10 questions, asking you to respond in your own words. You will then be asked to provide some information about yourself (such as your age and local authority) to help them understand people’s different experiences.
