About
East Nook Studio is a jewellery and craft studio based in St Andrews run by multi-disciplinary designer Alana Peden, where she makes, sells and teaches Silver Jewellery making, Ceramics and Crafts to all ages and abilities
From a background rich in Art and Textile Design, Alana returned to study gaining a First Class degree in Jewellery and Metal design before opening East Nook Studio in 2014
Inspired by the coast, East Nook Studio brings seaside colours and textures home in the form of bright and quirky jewellery for everyday wear.
Where vibrant colours pop from coast beaten pastels, the Isla collection captures sea smoothed and weathered textures in fine porcelain and printed silver – Encompassing the Isles.

CLASSES: The studio offers regular classes, private parties, community workshops and outreach learning to schools and activity groups in a variety of crafts including metal work, ceramics, printing, paper crafts and art & craft workshops
COLLECTIVE: The studio also houses a standalone bricks and mortar shop ‘Nook Collective’- run by a group of designers and makers from Fife and Dundee.
