Following a successful career as a Leader in the Corporate world spanning over 25 years Jacqueline chose early retirement to return to her roots which lay in the world of creativity…namely photography, poetry and painting.
Her Photography essentially captures the beauty of nature in all its glory and also in an abstract form. Her painting predominantly originates from the depths of her imagination and is an organic reflection of her journey in life and the path she has woven for herself as she has navigated the intricacies of life. It reflects aspects of her life including relationships with others and herself that have impacted positively and adversely on both her physical and mental health.
Her work is essentially a tapestry that she has woven along with the experiences and people who have crossed her path. It symbolises the challenges she has faced through staying true to herself and standing up for her right and the rights of others to be an individual in a world where conformity and oppression of individuality can often be at the forefront.
